Blizzard had revealed details of Battle For Azeroth Expansion at BlizzCon 2017. And the official site released an article about some hot fixes that address various issues related to World of Warcraft: Legion.
Some of the hotfixes below take effect the moment they were implemented, while others may require scheduled realm restarts to go into effect. Fixed a bug that was causing NPCs to disappear in some circumstances.

Fallen Avatar
Tainted Essence healing absorb has been reduced to 8% (was 10%).
Tainted Essence now cancels upon death.
Kil’jaeden
Armageddon Hail is now spawned only once in Mythic difficulty.
Items
The Unstable Portal Emitter should now function again … with predictably unpredictable results.
